FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $100 service fee, for each chef requested for you event. Quotes are evaluated based on the number of guests present and an average $25 per guest spending cost. Groceries for your event will be included in the quote. Any additional material required for you event will incur additional charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the Party Host directly (ex. email, phone, or text). Bryan Daniels is our event specialist who will help the client(s) determine what specific tools and food items are best suited for the client's event. Once arrangements have been set and agreed upon, My Ninja will produce a final cost for the event, which will need to be paid at least 1 week prior to the event. We will keep a stream of constant communication leading up to the day of your event so that any adjustments to the event can be taken into account. On the date of your event, My Ninja will arrive at the scheduled time that has been agreed upon to either serve, drop off, and/or set up your event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chefs have multiple years of sushi chef experience! Many of whom have worked for sushi restaurants that have their own catering services as well. Chef Bryan Daniels, in particular, has been in the restaurant industry for 9 years, and has been a sushi chef for 3+ years.
