I recently used Rae’s Int’l Food Diaries for my wife's 40th birthday party, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Rae was highly responsive during the planning phase, making sure all our preferences were noted and everything was organized seamlessly. On the day of the event, they were punctual and set up everything beautifully. All of the food was delicious and highly recommended. We had jerk chicken, salmon, Caribbean rice and peas, mac & cheese, roasted broccoli, and French style green beans. Don't forget the rum cake, it was moist and flavorful. Overall, I can't thank Rae enough for making my wife's birthday celebration memorable with her delicious food and excellent service.

Catering with Rae couldn't have gone any smoother! She catered for my dad's 52nd birthday party and it turned out a hit! One of the reasons was the food, everyone raved about it and was begging to take some home. We went with the BBQ chicken, ribs, mashed potatoes, green beans, and mac and cheese. When I tell you everything was so good, it's no joke! Already planning the next event and will definitely be giving Rae a call! Look no further and book with her! Rae was an absolute delight to work with from the first point of contact when planning my event until the party was finished. Typically when I have a new customer, I like to get to know basic information about first. I then want to hear their budget and what kind of event they are hosting. I am able to direct my new customers with the information gathered.

I have always had a passion and love for cooking. Over the years my hobby turned into my full time job.
