Our catering engagements require a minimum order of $500; however, this requirement does not apply to our meal prep services.

Rae provided a wonderful catering experience from start to finish. We booked her a month out from our party, and she was extremely professional, warm, and patient throughout the entire process - even as we were being very particular about what we wanted. She communicated well, helped make the planning easy, and delivered exactly what we hoped for. The food was great, and the set-up and breakdown were handled efficiently, which took a lot of stress off of me. I truly appreciated this company’s reliability and attention to detail and would absolutely use their services again! I’ve already recommended Rae to my friends!

Rae’s Int’l Fold Diaries was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! The food and service at our wedding completely exceeded our expectations. I cannot tell you how many guests came up to us saying some version of, “Wedding food usually isn’t this good!” Everyone absolutely loved it, and we received so many compliments throughout the night.
The food was delicious, the selections were perfect, and the service was just as impressive. The entire team was professional, attentive, and helped everything run so smoothly.

Absolute 10/10 experience with Rae's Food Diaries. My family is Guyanese and Jamaican and the food was for a Mother's Day Brunch I hosted at my house and the food was definitely the star of the show. Rae helped me craft the perfect menu for the occasion and I have never had so many people rave about the vegetables and salad lol. Everyting was bussin! I loved the jerk chicken and rice and peas. Didnt get to try everything because the food was gone so fast :). Rae is pleasant to work with and flexible when necessary without sacrificing quality. Top tier experience through and through. Our pricing is customized to their personal menu they create.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when I have a new customer, I like to get to know basic information about first. I then want to hear their budget and what kind of event they are hosting. I am able to direct my new customers with the information gathered.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion and love for cooking. Over the years my hobby turned into my full time job.
