- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting off we will have a consultation to see your vision and ideas. Then I will create a menu to fit you event and also see what other services you will need such as decor, entertainment, and venu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Sports Nutriton. Seven years in the Navy. Head Chef for UGA Football Team for 2yrs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started after serving in the Navy for 7yrs.
