- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour at a rate of $100 per hour. Our services include: - HOME ORGANIZATION - OFFICE ORGANIZATION - HOME INTERIOR STYLING - OFFICE INTERIOR STYLING This fee includes gas to and from the location as well as any shopping that we must do for interior styling or interior decorating. Meaning we will not charge for time spent shopping but we will charge an additional 10% of all receipts for any items procured on behalf of our clients. The $100/HR includes interior decorating and *light* cleaning such as wiping down surfaces in our fee. We do not clean homes. If any cleaning beyond that scope has to be done we will refer you to our cleaning services partner. This is why we recommend our that clients ensure their own spaces are clean before we come to organize and decorate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start our jobs by scheduling a short 10 minute phone call with our clients to discuss what their vision is for their space. Whether that be in their home or in their office. We want to make sure we adhere to all the fine details, even down to their requested organization methods. NOTE: The $100/HR includes interior decorating and *light* cleaning such as wiping down surfaces in our fee. If any cleaning beyond that scope has to be done we will charge an extra $50 per hour. This is why we recommend that clients ensure their own spaces are clean before we come to organize and do any interior styling or decorating.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a homemaker with two littles and wife to a very busy entrepreneur, organization is my lifestyle. It is because of this that I have become such an expert at organizing various different parts of home and office spaces.
