- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ranges from $500 to $2,200+, depending on the scope of work. While we do offer occasional promotions and discounts, the investment reflects the depth and impact of the service. Please also account for additional costs, which may include organizing products, personal shopping, errands, or assistant support when needed. Our pricing is not comparable to general cleaning or housekeeping services. Professional organizing is a specialized service focused on designing sustainable systems, reducing both mental and physical clutter, and enhancing the overall function of your space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, please send photos only — no videos. For the most accurate estimate, use the 0.5x wide-angle setting to capture zoomed-out views of your space. Avoid close-up shots of single cluttered areas. Include as many angles as possible and don’t forget key spaces like inside drawers, cabinets, and under sinks. Once received, I’ll review the photos and provide an estimated time for the project. Then a 50% deposit is required to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work is deeply informed by my educational background in mental and behavioral health. I hold two degrees in Social Work and have over five years of experience working with children, adults, and families in the mental health field. In addition, I have been a professional organizer for over six years, combining therapeutic insight with hands-on organizing expertise. Because I understand the strong connection between mental health and the condition of one’s space, I approach organizing with compassion, sensitivity, and discretion. Whether you’re organizing for yourself or a loved one, I create a supportive, nonjudgmental experience that respects both emotional and practical needs.
