Our Delta Method Coaching philosophy will facilitate a rediscovery your own True Potential and Restore Personal Power. We meet you where you are in your current fitness/conditioning state. We have male and females trainers if you have a preference. Our approach enables us to work through limitations or restrictions with you (if you have them), not around them. We can also help you restore compromised areas, flexibility, injury, strength, balance, cardio & strength. Our nutrition approach is based on Ayurveda, The Science of Life. Eating whole foods with life sustains life. The food we eat either increases and maximizes our health & wellness or decreases it. Ayurveda is a system of healing that has its roots in ancient India. It is thought by many to be the oldest healing system on our planet. Ayuh means life and Veda means knowledge/science. The knowledge contained in Ayurveda deals with the nature, scope, and purpose of life, and includes its metaphysical and physical aspects--health and disease (or "dis-ease”). Ayurveda considers life as complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit found in the Universal Consciousness. It is an art of daily living that has evolved from practical, philosophical and spiritual enlightenment. It offers a deep-seat understanding of each person's unique body, mind, and consciousness, which is the foundation of health and happiness. Clients will be given a Body Constitution/Dosha Evaluation to determine their body type. The results will create daily lifestyle guides that allow for greater harmony and balance mentally, physically and spiritually. You can refer to these guides as often as you like and I recommend you do whenever you are being challenged daily on a mentally, physically, and spiritually level. Anita is FANTASTIC!!! Working out with her is the perfect start to my day. I really can’t say enough about her. She’s positive, motivating, kind and genuinely cares about your well-being. She takes the time to explain each exercise, areas being targeted and how each exercise should feel on your body. A session with Anita is far more than just a physical workout though; she also provides a holistic mind-body approach (Ayurveda approach) and an overall path to a happier and healthier life. The workout area itself, DESIGNED and BUILT by Delta, is truly unique. It has absolutely anything and everything you would need for any type of workout. It’s pretty remarkable. One thing I love is the private training space. You will be trained alone or at times just one other person in the studio. So those feelings of insecurity or intimidation while working out in larger gyms are eliminated. I highly recommend this studio. I have trained with others in Atlanta and they truly are the best!
