- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our In Home Personal Training sessions start at $100 per session. Each session is a fully customized 60-minute workout designed around your specific goals. We also offer multi-session packages at discounted rates for clients who want to commit to their fitness journey long-term. For Sports Performance Training (NFL Combine prep, NBA Draft prep), pricing varies based on the program length and intensity - contact us for a custom quote. Your first session is always complimentary so you can experience our training style risk-free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation call to understand your goals, lifestyle, and any past injuries or limitations. From there, we schedule your complimentary first workout where we assess your movement quality, strength, and overall fitness level. Based on what we learn, we build a fully customized training program tailored to your goals - whether that's weight loss, body transformation, sports performance, or combine/draft preparation. We train you in the comfort of your own home, bringing all the equipment needed. You'll also receive nutritional guidance and 24/7 accountability support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's Degree in Exercise Science along with multiple nationally recognized certifications including: CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), USAW (USA Weightlifting), XPS (EXOS Performance Specialist), and PN1 (Precision Nutrition Level 1). I have over 10 years of hands-on coaching experience and have trained 500+ clients ranging from everyday people looking to get healthy to elite athletes preparing for the NFL Combine and NBA Draft. My background in sports science allows me to apply evidence-based training methods that get results faster and safer than traditional approaches.
