Where do I start. Last year about 6 months after having my baby I decided it was time for a lifestyle change. I've struggled with up and down weight since graduating high school and decided I wanted to seek help this time around. It was between this company and another and I chose to go with this company cuz they seemed more knowledgeable from the first day. Here I am six weeks later and I've already lost 12 lbs even with building muscle. So thankful for the body architects. I will continue to work with them for as long as I need to until I reach my goals. I'm learning so much about healthy food choices, exercises, technique, balance and more. So glad I made the decision to go with this company!! If you're looking for a company that truly cares about your health this is most definitely the one to go with!

I began working with Tia Roberts of The Body Architects Inc. in July of this year. After our thorough consultation, Tia devised a fitness plan for the next several months in order to reach a realistic goal of success. It has been 4 months so far into this fitness journey and I must say, it has been quite rewarding in all facets. I am looking forward to reaching my goal and continuing a healthier lifestyle. Tia's attention to detail is impeccable. She is always prompt during training sessions, careful in designing fitness routines for every client, continously offering suggestions for healthy eating habits and supplements and overall well-being. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting Started with The Body Architects Inc. The first session is a FREE assessment designed to help establish fitness goals and develop a fitness program specific for you. The assessment includes: -Multi-Point Health & Nutritional Assessment -Brief Fitness and Endurance Assessment -Body & Physiology Assessment We reassess all of our clients every 8 weeks in order to track progress and ensure we are working toward and exceeding their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are ISSA, NASM, or ACE certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.
