Introduction: My name is Larry. I am a certified personal trainer. I want to put my 30 years of personal training experience to work for you. I primarily use weight training to help my clients reach their goals. However, I also use boxing, Pilates, yoga, and other disciplines in order to help my clients to reach their goals. Larry was very transparent when we conversated about starting my journey to fitness. He offered my son and I a trial session the next day. Needless to say that same day we knew he was a good fit for us. His humor made the workout fun but, yet his high expectations will keep us motivated! I actually look forward to working out. Larry is a really nice and professional instructor whom working with him was super fun! Unfortunately I couldn’t continue my classes with him due to my relocation and that’s a bummer, but if you live close by, you shouldn’t even doubt it!
