I can't say enough good things about Brian. He's great! I started training with him about 6 months after I had my first baby. I needed help easing back into the gym and also recovering from a lower back injury. Brian understood my goals and my concerns. He worked with me to strengthen my core, gave me exercises to prevent future injuries, and helped me reach new personal bests. He was flexible on scheduling, which really helped me balance my time commitments at work and home. I eventually got my husband to train with him as well (my husband hadn't set foot in a gym in years), and he loved training with him too. We both highly recommend him!

I have trained with many different trainers thru the years. I’ve trained with Brian for over 2 years both in the gym and because of my busy schedule I have also used his app both have been phenomenal. I can say his commitment to reaching my goals is the thing that separates him from other trainers. He is a great guy and a great trainer. You are lucky to have met him! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I provide various services as well as pricing options within those services to find the best option to not only fit your goals, but also your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to have an initial phone call to get to know the person a little more and understand why their goals are what they are in more detail, as well as discuss and injuries or health history so I can be sure to work around them. I then like to explain how I can help them and then figure out which of my services is the best fit for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from Indiana University Precision Nutrition Certified Pre-Post Natal Certified FMS 1 & 2 Certified Kettlebell 1 & 2 Certified Power Plate Certified
