Our business initially started out of our 1 bedroom apartment training people at 6am and not finishing until 8 at night. Growing until eventually having a 3000 square foot gym and closing down to relocate to Atlanta. TRAP stands for Transformation Requires Accepting The Process. Our goal is to help individuals maximize their results whilst staying injury free.

I have never had so much fun working out. JB is so positive and encouraging. He seemed to know when to push me to work a little harder but it was always done in a way that felt safe. The gym had such a welcoming vibe with lots of great energy! I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

My family and I started at Trap on the August 6th and this past 2nd of next month we are a total of 30 pounds lost with our 3 person family in just one month very happy with the results very happy with the trainer Alyssa she's awesome, not trying to pick favorites. Can't wait to see what the future brings!!.

So far so good, I'll update my reviews as more happens. Prompt on questions, very professional and really educated on nutrition and fitness. Great customer service sir! I made it to my first day of working out! It was HARD but anything worth having usually is. This is a power couple and they are both great at it!! Although still scared I look forward to moving forward.
