As an older man who hasn't had a regular workout routine in quite a while, Crosby patiently "retaught" me out of a lot of bad habits that I had developed from working out in the past. He pushes hard, but maintains a positive attitude while doing so. I've been working with Crosby for almost 6 weeks, and I can feel the results starting to come. It's hard, but worth every penny!

In a short period of time Crosby identified my strengths and weaknesses and he was able to assist me with targeting those hard to lose weight areas. He also made each workout fun and an adventure.. you never wanted the workouts to end.

I hadn’t worked out in over 3 years and he met me where I was physically but also pushed me hard, which is what I needed. I appreciated the professionalism and fairness I was given even though I knew him from a social setting before going to his boot camp. Crosby does several different types of training to get you to your goal. My problem is time and accountability, and if I don’t meet my goal it is because of my inconsistency not because of the quality training Crosby offers.

Crosby listens and curates a plan to work with your lifestyle. Whatever your goal may be, Crosby will help to add weight, lose weight, tone, and shape to your satisfaction. Even though you may book for an hour, the overall value will come with Crosby being punctual, holding you accountable, and physical and mental mentorship. Over the past couple of months I've been in the gym 3 times a week and have seen the growth toward my weight gain and toning goals! I'm completely satisfied and looking forward to staying consistent with Crosby!
