Introduction 📝 Welcome to James Premier Fitness LLC — where discipline is built, not borrowed. My name is James Monroe III, a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) with a B.S. in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning concentration) from LaGrange College in 2022. My foundation in fitness started with football. I competed from middle school into high school through the collegiate level and currently play professional 8-man indoor arena football. These experiences shaped my fitness approach: structured, performance-driven, and results-oriented. I don’t just give workouts — I build systems. I specialize in: • Fat loss • Lean muscle gain • Performance enhancement (athlete, military, police) • Structured habit building for all even those with no major body weight goals I conduct postural assessments, full fitness evaluations, body composition tracking, and long-term program design — not just random workouts. I’ve helped a client lose 100 pounds of fat and multiple clients in between. I’ve also helped clients gain 20 pounds of muscle, improve athletic performance, and most importantly — build sustainable discipline. My education and athletic background allow me to program safely, effectively, and strategically for clients at all fitness levels.

James is a true professional that focuses on helping you achieve your goals in a healthy way. Amazing trainer!!! I’ve lost 21 lbs since I started his program, and I’m motivated to continue losing more weight. He gives you all the tools you need to meet your weight goals, and he’s always willing to answer any health questions. He’s also a great motivator and tailors his program specifically for you. If anyone is looking for a new trainer, I’d highly recommend Janes!
