I’ve been working out with Q for a little over a year! We always do a great workout that promotes my weight loss and strength building. We also spend a portion of our time in outdoor exercise. I feel that makes Q unique and different from other trainers. Q makes working out fun!!! I’m grateful for all of the success he has helped me achieve.
