Very thorough training - meal/diet solutions, cardio, and strength training with science-backed heart rate monitoring in real time during workouts. The monitoring makes all the difference in the world! I've never been anywhere else that does this. It makes each training session customized to your current fitness level at every moment. I never feel overwhelmed or like I'm failing. Trey definitely keeps it difficult and I always feel like I'm making progress and growing stronger and pushing my endurance. Also, after doing this one-on-one training I can't imagine going back to any other type of training. The attention and coaching really keeps me motivated. I know I'm maximizing my workout time because it's completely focused on me and not divided amongst other folks training. I really appreciate the short term and long term goals and progress updates on how I'm doing to reach them (and I'm doing great!). Can't say enough good things about my experience so far - would highly recommend Midtown Trainers.

Going to Michigan State University I was a semi-overweight college student. I had dreams of playing at the collegiate level. Working out with Elliot and going through his training made those dreams come true. The sports specific basketball training that I experienced help me gain the athletic body I was striving for. I went from an average size kid to a chiseled tone athletic basketball player. I transferred from State and played collegiate basketball. With hard work and dedication and the workout from Coach Carter dreams can become reality. – Jacob J

Elliott provides the perfect combination of expertise coupled with structure and the ability to motivate when most needed. After a few weeks of training with Elliott, not only did my physique improve significantly, but my endurance has never been better. No two training sessions have been alike. Elliott finds a way to make each session challenging, yet surprisingly enjoyable. I think one of Elliott's most admirable qualities is the fact that he listens - he aligned his goals with mine and each session was tailored accordingly. There are quite a few personal trainers at the disposal of those who wish to embark on this journey, but I think it takes a remarkable trainer and an amazing person to make someone who had not worked out for almost 5 years look forward to waking up at 5:30 in the morning to head to the studio and give it all.

Elliott is an outstanding trainer - truly! Exercising isn't something I am easily motivated to do, so Elliott has had his work cut out for him from day one. And he has more than risen to the challenge. He is incredibly innovative in the workouts he creates for me and actually makes working out fun. Elliott is very invested in my success and my health, and it shows. He comes prepared and ready to work each and every time. He's motivating, challenging, committed, creative, positive, and fun, and his workouts are individualized for me. I work out with him in studio three times a week, but his training and coaching goes beyond that; he consistently checks in on me and holds me accountable throughout the rest of the week. I have had (and continue to have) an incredible experience with Elliott as my personal trainer and recommend him whole heartedly to anyone seeking guidance, coaching, training, and accountability in achieving their health goals.
