I have a bachelors in Kinesiology. I work as a full-time personal trainer meaning that's all I do. I have my own facility and equipment such as push sleds, battle ropes, kettlebells that would be great for HIIT. I give nutritional guidance and workouts for your off days. Enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals. It is the most rewarding feeling to see someone accomplish something that they put in work for with my guidance.

Greg is a great trainer and motivator! He makes the workouts challenging but I wouldn't want it any other way! He makes me posh myself to want to work harder on my own during the week also!

I enjoyed having Greg as a trainer. The workouts were constantly changing and always challenging. He also gave me workouts to do when I was on my own which was great. I highly recommend Greg!

Gregory is a wonderful personal trainer. He takes additional time to create meal plans so that you are able to reach your goals. He also makes sure you are doing ever exercise correctly so that your chances of being injured are decreased. He truly cares about his trainees and will push you and keep you motivated. I recommend anyone serious about reaching their fitness goals to train with Gregory.
