We needed drywall work done after demoing a wall in our kitchen. After trying for month's to schedule other contractors, I was recommended to Todd by a friend. Todd was immediately responsive and promptly arrived the next day and proceeeded to do a great job. I will definitely be using him again for any additional drywall work.
P3 Sales has been great to work with, going over all of our clients concerns and needs. We are very excited about getting our new screen porch installed.
Mr. Jimmy helped to repair, paint and improve our home. We had old exterior paint, missing siding and rotted wood on the soffits, plus a small porch with rotted wood columns. Him and his team pressure washed my house, repaired all the rotted siding and soffits, painted and built a new porch that is twice the size of the old one. It took 1 week for him to take my house from old to new and make it the best looking house on the block. We had and still have more work to do but I am VERY happy with the outcome. Mr. Jimmy shows up when he says he will with a team of professionals. This was my first time with an exterior project this big. He went above and beyond to let me know about pricing when he ran into something unexpected. He worked within my budget as close as he could and explained everything up front. We would hire him again.
David did a great job of power washing the cement patio, brick retaining wall and wood deck and then staining the deck. It looks so clean and neat now. David was timely and very polite. He even replaced a few boards, lag bolts, and sanded rough railings.
I hired TNT to do a rebuild and re-pitch of a roof over my sun porch, delete skylights, install 2 new doors for said porch, and fix various places that had water damage around the house, to include an area under the deck that was causing the deck to pull away from the house. With that amount of work needed, and before I talked to anyone, I knew the price for the work would be in the upper thousands. I chose TNT because they had a very fair price in the middle of the range of quotes I got, and the best value for that money. One thing I encourage anyone hiring a contractor to do is make up and sign a contract with them. DO THIS with ANY contractor, and LEAVE THE DEAL if they give you a hard time about wanting a contract. Michael and TNT have a contract already made up, and you and them can add/take out whatever you want before the job even starts. Michael even told me that he really liked that I asked for a contract because it protects BOTH parties. On my end, I put in a provision that before I gave him any money, I had to have a walk around with them and let them know whether or not the work was up to my liking. This was no problem, and they would answer any questions my wife or I had, and showed us examples if needed. So, really everyone, always get a contract!! As for the work, everything looks great! Our roof actually lets water drain into our gutters instead of leaking into our sun room. Our house does not have any more holes in it from water damage or animals, and it really helped the curb appeal of the house. Most important, the deck was not just pulling away from the house the joists under our master the deck was attached to were water damaged. I was shown where all of the problems were so I could understand what was happening and how they would be corrected. It only added 1 day to the timeline, which we were glad about. The guys (mostly Michael's sons) came on time, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. We have 2 dogs who use the backyard and the gate was not left open once when they weren't there. We can't even say that about ourselves. Hopefully you have read this far down and I hope I have helped ease your mind about going with TNT. You won't regret it. Ask for the contract, make it your own, and enjoy whatever project they do for you!
Gutter Master installed gutters, and repaired some fascia. They installed flashing where our metal carport meets the house where leaks have been prone to occur in the past. After a very heavy rainstorn I did have a leak but they returned to correct the leak. So far, very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to a friend. John Pruitt Conley, Ga.
Leo is an awesome painter. He does what you say you want done. He did an AWESOME job painting my front door, shutters, and brick mail box. I will difinitely recommend him to do any painting job that you may have for him. I still need 2 rooms painted and the front porch painted that I will have Leo to do for me because he did that great of an Awesome job.
Scott did an amazing job on my shrubs and landscape. Not only did he get the job done within 48 hours after I found him in this site buthe was thorough and cleaned up like he was never there. In fact I have hired him to come to our house once a month we were so pleased. I will totally recommend him to my friends and encourage you to use Scott Dixon as well.
Payma Home Solutions did an amazing on all of our projects. Our project was difficult and they were able to come up with the perfect solutions to handle what needed to be done. They did a beautiful job building a new retaining wall, wood deck, concrete patio and stairway rebuild. Everyone on the crew is knowledgeable, friendly and they finished very quickly. Jose is extremely and has impeccable attention to detail.
Wes and his team performed a wonderful job on our house. He took an old 1940s Bungalow and transformed it into a more modern look with a new exterior, siding, and covered front porch addition. Don't hesitate to choose Wes and Titan Home Restoration for your next project - they are priced competitively, perform quality work, and make sure you are happy with the end result.
Calvin did an excellent job hanging my porch swing!
Ashley was excellent to work with while coordinating when to have our new deck stained. She assigned James to the job and he was promptly at our home bright and early the next day. The prices were reasonable, the service was excellent and we've already posted Camouflage Construction's information on our HOA website for our neighbors to share in our wonderful experience. We are currently working on a list of in-home services that we'll be calling Ashley to schedule for.
Mr. Baynes has been a contractor for me for numerous projects in my home. The scope and nature of the project work included entire interior and exterior painting of a 6800 sq. ft. home, deck restoration and painting, siding replacement, new construction of sunroom, power washing of house exterior and driveways, new appliance installations, wall and ceiling replacement after major water damage, carpet installation, tile refinishing in the bath area, painting of exterior rod iron fence and gates and widow re-sealing and re-glazing. While home improvement projects are inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Mr. Baynes’s services as a contractor were invaluable, and I have been extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Mr. Baynes top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently. Mr. Baynes was knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in his respective trades. He was conscientious about all of the project specifications, and his work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work. Mr. Baynes was professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of my property and privacy. He had an old school work ethic (often 10-hour days, some Saturdays), good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. His pride in his work was evident. He tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found him to be trustworthy, and felt comfortable with allowing him access inside my home. 3. Project management and coordination. Mr. Baynes’s prior experience working in construction really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of my projects, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities, effectively. 4. Integrity and professionalism. Throughout the projects, I was impressed with Mr. Baynes’s commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. 5. Effective communication. Mr. Baynes kept me closely informed of work schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of the projects. His communication was always clear, informative, and helpful. 6. Flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with unexpected developments. When unforeseen problems surfaced (e.g., water damage behind a wall; he worked diligently with me to identify solutions that was acceptable to me. 7. Responsiveness to my needs and concerns. Mr. Baynes’s commitment to my satisfaction was evident in his actions. 8. Truth in advertising. In his proposal, Mr. Baynes gave a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the projects. His contract was just as detailed in describing the work to be done and the itemized costs. When the project was completed, all the work was done as described and agreed upon, and there were no hidden costs, extra expenses or unpleasant surprises. As a homeowner and customer, I felt Ms. Baynes delivered exactly what he had promised, at the agreed upon price.
I had a porch swing hung. Orlando and his helper are great guy's they fixed it and I'm really satisfied with their work and would recommend them anytime. They did an awesome job...
We had a bathroom leak from upstairs to downstairs garage. John was able to quickly and effectively stop the leak, and explained what happened by using words and photos. Very knowledgeable and responsible.
Needed to replace front porch, step and possibly an overhead roof. Teamwork was awesome. They were punctual, helpful and very reliable. Quality of work performed is exceptional.
Todd is amazing. Very fair pricing and quality work. We love our screened in porch. He arrived on time every day and cleaned up everything when complete.
His first job for us was tiling our master bathroom. Then we completely remodeled the kitchen then we built a 1500 square foot addition onto our house. From carpentry and masonry to electrical, drywall and painting, Alex does it all. We cannot imagine having anyone else work on our house. This man is honest, an outstanding craftsman, incredibly hard-working and has an attention to detail second to none.
Did an excellent job on my deck addition! Best price.
Many mixed feelings, as the job took much longer than anyone expected and a second man had to come in, clean up and finish the mess the first man started. However, I am still giving four stars because the end result was mostly what I wanted. I also know Keith was extremely sorry for all the mistakes. I know that doesn't make it all okay, but I have my porch enclosed and it will be a great little space. Thank you!
He was friendly, responsive, quick, fair with pricing and detail oriented. I could not be happier with the work and will hire him for future jobs! I hired him for fence work and concrete work. He left the yard nicer than when he got here and I appreciate that he reinforces the concrete with wire. He even laid down pine straw around the areas that he had to dig up and had exposed dirt.
