My pricing is based on the affordability of the people. With my past experiences, I collected data on customers' thoughts of pricing, which helped me put together a formula in which it makes a customer hard to turn down my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, communication is the key. Help the customer understand the process of power/soft washing before doing the job, making the customer feel comfortable.

I have experience in pressure washing going on 4 years.
