- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer you have a draft. It does not need to be polished as long as there is some kind of order. If I am not sure about something I will always reach out and ask questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in conducting job analysis which is basically a process used to collect information about the duties, responsibilities and work environment of a job. Essentially the Job Description. Once you know what goes into coming up with a job Description it is easy to to pick up on what the employer wants. PHR Certificate 2006. Human Resource Management Certificate from IUPUI. Degree in International Relations from Syracuse University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a well known company that helped assess managers for executive positions for big corporations like Coca Cola, CNN, Home Depot in Georgia. I love the whole process of what goes on from the moment a job Description is written to a job offer letter.
