- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because our services are so variated, we have bundle discounts. If you do more than one installation with us, be certain a discount is included. Nevertheless, communication is key, so please reach out if questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key, after initial communication, I set up time for a quick call with customer to better understand what they are looking for, I also give my recommendations and the complementary assessment. After that, if the customer agrees, we schedule a date for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Computer Engineering in 2016, and I have been working for different renown companies to polish my work. I am enthusiastic about finding technological solutions for all your needs.
