My name is Sifu Myers and I have over 30 years experience in Martial Arts/Wellness and 17+ as an instructor. I am passionate about helping people reach their goals.. I started teaching in 2005 and do instruction for adults of all ages. I am a Gung Fu Sifu, training those in practical martial arts, including traditional Kung Fu, Kickboxing/Sanda competition, Tai Chi and Self-Defense. I became licensed to teach Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu in 2005 under the Hung Sing lineage and licensed to teach Jeet Kune Do in 2012, under the Bruce Lee/James Yimm Lee lineage. My students and I have won gold medals in kickboxing and point style fighting..
