I had a major clog in my shower drain. I called Scott and he gave me an eta. He was at my door promptly when he said and resolved the clog very efficiently. I was so thankful and relieved. I'll definitely use his services again for all my handyman needs.
A real pleasure to work with Jontell. He was on time the same day we requested service. He was knowledgeable in handling some problems that cropped up during installation of our faucets and drain. He price was more than fair. I would definitely use him again. He does electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
I'm very satisfied with United States Sewer and Water. The sewage leak into the crawl space under the house was causing a bad odor and flying bugs. Keith came out and gave me an estimate that was really free. Other companies gave "free estimates" also, but charged a service fee for coming out. Keith was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. His price wasn't the lowest but included installation of a studor vent and correcting the sewage flow design that existed. They did a couple of other things also that added to the value of their service. I highly recommend USSAW.
Sylvester fixed our drain pipe that was leaking into our basement very quickly and efficiently. He assessed the problem and went out to purchase materials that same afternoon and came back with an assistant and got the job done within a few hours. We are pleased with his work and would recommend him for other plumbing projects.
From day one Ben was a excellent communicator! He found my issue took pictures and kept me informed every step of the way... My situation involved the county sewer and he even called them to represent me as he learned that the failure was on their side!! .. And he didn't have to.. he could of said nothing and I'd be none the wiser !!! , Ben was a God send... And Im glad I found him !
I had done some kitchen and bath remodeling. Brian did a great job reconnecting the sinks and garbage disposal he also fixed a toilet and replaced the drains in two tathtubs at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
I hired TNT to do a rebuild and re-pitch of a roof over my sun porch, delete skylights, install 2 new doors for said porch, and fix various places that had water damage around the house, to include an area under the deck that was causing the deck to pull away from the house. With that amount of work needed, and before I talked to anyone, I knew the price for the work would be in the upper thousands. I chose TNT because they had a very fair price in the middle of the range of quotes I got, and the best value for that money. One thing I encourage anyone hiring a contractor to do is make up and sign a contract with them. DO THIS with ANY contractor, and LEAVE THE DEAL if they give you a hard time about wanting a contract. Michael and TNT have a contract already made up, and you and them can add/take out whatever you want before the job even starts. Michael even told me that he really liked that I asked for a contract because it protects BOTH parties. On my end, I put in a provision that before I gave him any money, I had to have a walk around with them and let them know whether or not the work was up to my liking. This was no problem, and they would answer any questions my wife or I had, and showed us examples if needed. So, really everyone, always get a contract!! As for the work, everything looks great! Our roof actually lets water drain into our gutters instead of leaking into our sun room. Our house does not have any more holes in it from water damage or animals, and it really helped the curb appeal of the house. Most important, the deck was not just pulling away from the house the joists under our master the deck was attached to were water damaged. I was shown where all of the problems were so I could understand what was happening and how they would be corrected. It only added 1 day to the timeline, which we were glad about. The guys (mostly Michael's sons) came on time, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. We have 2 dogs who use the backyard and the gate was not left open once when they weren't there. We can't even say that about ourselves. Hopefully you have read this far down and I hope I have helped ease your mind about going with TNT. You won't regret it. Ask for the contract, make it your own, and enjoy whatever project they do for you!
Problem with water leaking from drain valve (outside of house). Determined to be caused by pressure relief valve under kitchen sink. Resolved by tightening/turning off relief valve. I am pleased with the final result.
Steve is a true professional!!!! I am not one to write reviews but when you hire someone and they do everything they say and over deliver I wanted to share. I recommend Steve for all of your plumbing needs large and small. He replaced my entire sewer line and my water line. His prices beat all of the competition by a lot. The work was professional and inspected. There are not very many people that you can hire like Steve! Thanks, Supreme Plumbing, Steve & Thumbtack
Hunter and his team did a great job. They cleared our very clogged main drain when everyone else’s solution was to “replace all the cast iron” after they couldn’t clear it. He and his team also installed a clean-out for easier access in the future. They didn’t leave until the job was done and for a very reasonable price. I would hire them again and would recommend.
Andrew and his team were awesome. They came out and did a free assessment of our issues, went over the options to repair, explained the options that were the smartest and least expensive and then did the work quickly and professionally. Best plumbing company experience I have ever had. We had 2 wobbly toilets, a small leak in our shower and some sewer gas coming from a basement toilet.
Kirby Brooks from Honest Care came on time and gave a reasonable estimate for installing a new garbage disposal and unclogging the shower. He did the work in a timely and professional manner. Also, cleaned up and gave advise on how to maintain a clear drain in my shower. I would call Honest Care again for any plumbing issues that might arise in the future.
Larry was on time, explained what he was going to do and spent the time showing me the work on video. Still more work to do replacing a main sewer line, but expect things to be done as well. Thanks.
I would highly recommend this plumbing company to any of my family or friends. My waching machine flooded my kitchen. This company came right out, cleaned up all of the mess. Cleaned the washing machine drain line and gave me many tips on how to keep lint out of the drain line. Their pricing was great, they were very knowledgeable, thank you to The Plumbarius Company.
I recently purchased a home and have had a few handymen over in the past weeks for minor repairs to the home. Eric is definitely the best one I've had over so far. His prices were fair and he was able to perform repairs the other handymen had trouble with such as replacing an overheating recessed light and repairing a leaky tub spout. The only negative thing I would say is that he could work on scheduling better (when I went to reschedule another appointment he wasn't able to come for almost 2 weeks) but otherwise I'm extremely pleased with his services.
Although technically the plumbing job was not an emergency (sewerage was not pouring onto the floor), I could not use any toilets or take a shower until the job was done. Others were all saying they could not give me an estimate until they arrived. I have had this clogged toilet issued repeatedly and knew precisely what had to be done. Pipe DreamZ Water and Sewer delayed less urgent customers in order to come to my home at 7:00 pm to clear the line. The price matched the estimate given. Both of us were satisfied. Others who said "You never know what it could be" just irritated me. Further, Pipe Dreamz suggested 3 solutions that would prevent this from recurring. 1 - use CHEAP toilet paper that breaks up quicker and easier in the long pipe that runs horizonally the length of the house. That will SAVE me money. 2. Flush twice - Kind of defeating the purpose of the darned low-flow toilets. 3. If that does not work, since this problem started when I had to replace the original toilets with low-flow toilets, he suggested I upgrade to toilets that flush with more power. That would cost perhaps $800 but would put a end to these clogs. This guy is a true professional (and a really nice person)!
He did an excellent job installing our washer and dryer on the 2nd floor after moving. I bought a steel drain pan for the washer and he had to adjust the drainpipe a bit. He cleaned up after the job was done and waited for the washer and dryer to work properly. While doing this set up our in-sink disposer stopped working, which he also fixed. A screw from construction was lodged in the disposer. We already have another job lined for him!
We could not be happier with Veteran Plumbing!! Nick was out the next day to run our new sewer line from our house to the city. Even when we found a surprise septic tank he knew which vendor to call that gave the best rate and service. Our work was professionally done and all pathways disturbed were returned to their original conditions! He even reached out to make sure that everything was working properly the next day and if any further repairs were needed. 10/10 will use again.
