"EDIT: From a 1 star review to a 4.Following the below review, Leigh called to apologize for my experience and talk me into giving them another try. She assured me my experience with supervisor Sean would be better and she hoped I could turn my thoughts around. She was right. Sean came out that same day! He not only gave me a quote but took the time to explain the necessary steps. He also apologized for my experience thus far and wanted to turn things around. My roofer came out today (unfortunately not sure of his name) but was on time, friendly, and efficient. He spent most of the day at our home including an unexpected repair that he had to go to the store for. It added probably an hour or two to his time but he did it with a smile and didn't seem in the least bit bothered or hurried. After seeing our repair done, you would never guess any work was done because the project was done perfectly. If it wasn't for the first bad experience, it would be hands down a 5 star review. Thank you Dr. Roof for taking the time to try again. I WILL recommend now. A week ago I would not. Unfortunately didn't get any business completed with Dr. Roof because of the process. I called for a quote on 7/30/19 and was told the soonest someone could come out for the quote was 8/5/19. That was already much longer than it took Infiniti Roofing that I called for a quote prior to. (I wanted to weigh my options as I'm new to the area and not familiar with roofing companies.) I understand things can't always have a next day turn around so I committed to 8/5/19. I got the reminder email informing me that James would be my guy. An hour and a half before my scheduled noon appointment, I got a TEXT from him stating he came down with something and wanted to know if 8/6 or 8/7 would be fine and he would inform me prior to coming out. Again, frustrated. This was handled via text and 1.5 hours from an appointment I planned to be here for. This now means a minimum of a week plus after calling to set up for a quote before someone can come out to look at the damage on my roof. But, people get sick. So, I decided I'd give chance 3 (while pretty unimpressed) because things happen and I wanted to get the best quote. It wasn't the next day but two days later at the end of business day that James apparently came out. I wasn't notified like I was told and was even home during the time he would have been here. The email I received at 6:30 PM was an email asking a question about the issue that I gave upon setting up the appointment for the quote 1 week and 1 day ago. So naturally that stalled the quote ANOTHER day. The email I received last night said I would have the quote by this morning. I sent an email after 5 PM today (which I assume is the end of day for most businesses) following up to see if he had the quote. I got the quote at 8:20 PM this evening with no apology for the delay, which included more work than what I was asking for. I already planned to give up unless the quote was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than my previous but since it wasn't and included more than what I mentioned upon setting up for the quote AND followed 9 days after initial contact, I will not be using Dr. Roof and definitely won't recommend. Because of all the hold ups in this process, it will also be at least into next week before I can get someone out to fix the problem since it is now Thursday with the weekend coming."
