My issue over the disposal of the debris was as a result of miscommunication, not poor workmanship. As I stated in my original post, their work was good--my siding is in much better condition as a result of their efforts. It is evident that these gentlemen take pride in what they do. Original Post: The overall trim and siding work was good quality but there was a communication disconnect on what was quoted versus what was actually done. They did not fully clean up after they were done and left bunch of debris in my back yard."See more

AWESOME experience from beginning to end. They reviewed the house thoroughly and gave me several options. We agreed on the best long term solution for replacing rotten wood around the windows. On the date of the work, he sent me before, during and after completed work photos as I was not local. The work was so impressive, my handyman wants to hire them. As the house may go up for sale in the next 12-24 months, we are going to replace some bad siding. When the second job is completed, I know that the home will have great curb appeal. JJ did a fantastic job, was incredibly responsive, scheduled and completed the project within 2 business days from the agreement, and maintained clear and excellent communication throughout the project. This trait is not to be overlooked, because so many contractors do not communicate timely or reliably. His crew arrived early on the scheduled day of work and left a clean worksite. The finished project — white wood grain vinyl siding and white aluminum trim / soffits / fascia built in a bird box design — turned out amazing. His pricing was also fair. I will look forward to working with JJ if future needs arise.
