We were out of town when we found out our pool had taken to an algae bloom. We contacted canary and they came out same day to treat. We were back in the pool business before the next weekend.

Has serviced our pool for several years. Have never had any issues with algae or water balance. Communicates when he is coming and if there are any scheduling changes for weather etc. Helped out during a pool emergency and responded promptly and has had our business ever since.

Khiry was super responsive and professional. He did a great job opening our pool and gave me great advice on how to maintain it; explaining the ins and out of my pool. He was also the only company that I could find who would even service an above ground pool. If you are looking for a great pool service that knows their stuff, does a great job, punctual and has competitive pricing for your pool, then Canary Pool Service is your best bet!

The service received was horrible. I believe this guy is a scammer. HE IS A SCAMMER!
I am very familiar with how pools are kept up and maintained. We typically get our pool cleaned only once a year and have knowledge of maintaining it afterwards. Our usual pool guy was out of town so we decided to go with this company. Which is a one guy team. Khory looks about 30yo and claims to have 15plus years of experience, lol. He comes unannounced! He does not have any equipment, CHEMICALS, or tools. He drags out his job and pretends like he knows what he is doing. I mentioned to him to please not use our chemicals and he got offended and tries to bait me into an argument. He asked if we had chemicals and I said yes and he stated that I said that we have them. I checked the reviews and this is definitely a reoccurring thing that he does when his clients start asking questions and calls him out on his bs he will try to say that you are disrespectful to him. He makes up lies! He claimed that we poured acid in our pool when he is the only one who has done anything to our pool. I work from home so i know who is and is not at my home and was very rude and tries to bait me into yet another argument. I guess because he used our chemicals with no knowledge of what the chemicals actually are. Do not work with this kid he definitely is no good for business. And we do have affliction with Canary. As you can see the picture below of the poor job he has done. Also see the messages when he says I am rude. The results are his business are unprofessional and unsatisfactory. My normal pool guy would only come for one day and the pool would be clear on a week. He doesn’t own any equipment at all. No pump, skimmers or brushes. SCAMMER

Lying out of spite because I didn’t want to renew you is pretty evil you displayed disrespect on lots of occasions and I still offered extra service being there everyday, It takes 2 weeks to properly remove mustard algae. You let your pool get disgusting and want a swamp done in two days. I’m a registered CPO I do hotels ect. I’ve had clients since I first started this company I’m 2020. Being disrespectful and lying gets you nowhere. Thanks for the review.
