Once Gabrini arrived he was extremely pleasant to work with and provided not only his professional advice but also his design advice. THIS IS IT!!!! Gabrini is the best!!!! Gabrini the Great as I like to say. He came and in 4 hours transformed my kitchen. Everything was great and he even gave pointers on other things to do in the kitchen. I had a pro scheduled for 8am. The pro cancelled on me 30 minutes prior to appointment time and Gabrini was here a couple hours later and did a GREAT JOB…. I will definitely be calling for any and all backsplash work I need before he goes to the big show for his work because he will definitely be on TV designing sooner or later.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a backsplash replacement or just an installation, our price is a flat fee and it includes all the materials, except the tiles. We have all colors of grout available for the customer's choice. We only use our materials to ensure quality as we provide 1 year warranty on all installations. At the end of the day, no surprises or hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is really simple, customer sends pictures of their kitchen and the tile they chose to be installed. Once we receive that, we will provide a flat fee quote. No surprises or hidden fees. If customer agrees with the quote, we proceed with the schedule, no deposit required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Realtor®, also graduated in Marketing and Advertising and current an Architecture student at KSU.
