Paul and the entire team is incredible! We hired them to install a fluted marble backsplash. The time and care they put into the project was so appreciated! I’ve hired many contractors in the past and have never had such excellent communication as I did with Paul! I have already hired his team to complete an electrical project and I will absolutely hire them again!!

You've found it! A home renovation contzrazctor who provides superior quality work, on time, and within budget! Paulo and his team provided extraordinary remedial renovation following a nightmare contractor who took 6 months to do his worst. Within 3 1/2 weeks, SHS stripped the bathrooms down to the studs and concrete foundation and rebuilt a dream, all while I was traveling!!! Excellent communication, exquisite attention to detail by licensed craftsmen- electrical, plumbing, tile work--all of it! Look no further. Deserves more than 5 stars 🌟

Paulo and his team at Santos Home Services provided impeccable services under difficult circumstances. I hired SHS for a remedial renovation, recovering from a contractor who was a nightmare. Paulo started with an assessment and provided a detailed estimate. His team took 3 and 1/2 weeks to demolish, remediate, and rebuild 2 bathrooms, including installing new backer board, plumbing, wiring, flooring, and finishing tile and fixtures. I travel a lot and left the project in Paulo's hands, confident that my home was secure and the project would proceed on time, according to plan. Paulo was highly organized. His communication was excellent. He sent photos and videos of the work in progress. His attention to detail was exquisite! He went the extra mile-added additional trim, shelving, even cleaned, painted and reframed the fireplace! He found and corrected electrical problems! He is a contractor you can trust to deliver superior quality, on time and within budget!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price because every job is different: I really don't want to give a price with out seeing the job first. I think that would not be fair for both of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try my best to please my customers. I strongly believe they are the reason why I have a job everyday. A happy customers is what makes me happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Had work so many years for big companies and they all require training in all the areas. I have train in demolition,preparation,installation,Self-protection, cleaning.
