My husband and I are thrilled with the quality of the tiling work and our experience communicating with Paulo, and his tile guy! We have an older home, so some of the areas of the backsplash were not completely square, so the tiler had to really be creative and extremely precise to measure accurately to make it look beautiful and seamless with the handmade porcelain tiles from Spain that we chose for the install. On top of this, I wanted a herringbone design, which I know is way more complicated than the simple subway tile pattern, but it was worth the extra cost, and I absolutely love it! The tiled sealed the tile prior to grouting it and then sealed it again. They also left a custom opening with our electrical wires for a new light fixture that I had chosen to go above the sink. I’ve included one before picture for comparison. Each detail makes my home feel more like my own! Thank you Santos Home Services! We look forward to working with them again. Great communication, quality work and cleanliness. Very grateful it worked out so well. This was my first experience with Thumbtack and it was great!

Santos was so easy to work with. He was very cooperative with rearranging his schedule to accommodate our restrictions. The job itself was finished quickly and looks beautiful. Would definitely recommend his firm for tile work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price because every job is different: I really don't want to give a price with out seeing the job first. I think that would not be fair for both of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try my best to please my customers. I strongly believe they are the reason why I have a job everyday. A happy customers is what makes me happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Had work so many years for big companies and they all require training in all the areas. I have train in demolition,preparation,installation,Self-protection, cleaning.
