- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the best price in the market and it is a competitive price. Our price for all services does not include moving items. Products or orders requiring additional work may result in an updated estimate for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the order our dispatch answers customer requests within 5 minutes. Once we agreed with the customer about the price we will send our technician to perform your order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
