- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard videography rate is $75 an hour. Editing rates vary based on needs. Custom monthly service packages are available upon request for recurring work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I set up a consultation via phone or in-person to find out their desired needs. Then I tell them all the services I can offer, and figure out what works best for them. Next I find out the venue information, and typically scout the place prior to the shoot day to see where I can set up, and what shots I would like. After that, I shoot the content, and give a turnaround time. I then send over the first draft of the video to the customer for them to give notes on any changes. I allow ONE FREE edit. Any additional video edits will be $15. Once the customer is satisfied, I send over their content and wait for them to book again! :)
