- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a consultation where the client provides further information about the project. Afterwards, if the client is ready to proceed, a contract and deposit is required to lock in our services.

What are the expectations/goals for the video? How long are you looking for the video to be? Do I value quality more than a quick turnaround or vice versa?
