We had our roof replaced recently. It is a very steep roof which is in a third story either 5 dormers. There was much rotten wood around the dormers and other parts of the roof. Canopy did an excellent job repairing the rotten wood and installing the new tile. Chris Nasser, the Canooy representative with whom I had the pleasure of dealing, was a consummate professional and extremely responsive. He brought a drone to examine the roof and take pictures before the roof replacement and after completion of the installation. I could see how badly worn the roof was before the replacement and how good it looks after.To top it all off, I found their pricing to be very fair given the size and age and condition the roof was in before its replacement. All in all, I am very happy we contracted Canopy for the job!

On September 27, 2024 Hurricane Helene ripped through Augusta, GA and most surrounding areas. For the first time in my life, I heard the 'sound' of a freight train - otherwise known as a tornado, and rain that I thought would never stop. Some rain even came into my home via my roof. Daylight revealed devastation beyond anyone's imagination or comprehension. With the exception of about a half dozen homes, every other home in my neighborhood had quite a volume of their roof shingles strewn all over. Debris of various kind was strewn everywhere. Powerlines laying in the streets. Red-lights had vanished and strewn heaven only knows where. Trees on homes, across roads, on cars, trucks, abd SUV's, on boats, on stores - everywhere! It was unimagineable, but it was real. Basically our landscape was changed forever, and many, many places will never look the same. I had no power for 12 days and I evacuated.Upon arriving back home, there was so much to do. My roof was my main concern. Scammers had already become rampant! I can't tell you how many I had to run off! Our local guys were covered up, for there was more work than they could possibly do in any reasonable time frame. I wasn't sure where to turn. My son told me about a friend and client that lives here, and is CEO if a roofing company in Atlanta. Protecting my home was my top priority, so I was open to talking to them.Within a matter of a few days, I'd met Dan, the CEO. He brought me a sample of the roofing shingles to choose from. The very first thing he wanted me to know is that Canopy Roofing works for ME - not my insurance company. And they did!Canopy Roofing took detailed photos my roof using the latest technology to get the best pics to be sure nothing was missed.I got an inspection date from my adjustor, and Brad and Chris worked to put the roofing package together for my Adjustor. They kept me in the loop every step of the way.Dan was here the day my adjuster came to inspect my roof to ensure any and all questions the adjustor may have and to point out the areas the adjuster needed to specifically take note of, including the missing screens. The adjuster approved it all. I got a complete new roof!Roofing materials were dropped off a few days before the work began, the dumpster was dropped the morning of and bright abd early that morning, the crew stripped off my old roof and put on the new roof. They crew was very respectuul. They picked up thetrash and debris as they went along. Not a single roofing nail did I find. When they finished they packed up their gear and checked again to ensure they left my property spotless. They did this job in ONE day! I cannot stress enough that Canopy exceeded my expectations, never let me down abd did everything they said they would do and beyond!As a footnote, one of my neighbors' roofing crew took 2 days to complete and a lmost identical job. I picked up their trash and debris fron my front and back yard for almost two weeks.Another neighbor chose Canopy Roofing to replace her roof as well! We are overjoyed that we chose Canopy Roofing!
