- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a discovery process that starts with our client's main goal: a return on their investment. From there we benchmark performance, conduct a competitive analysis and look at campaign durations of 3-6-12 months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As owner of the company, it's my background of business development, spanning more than 15 years, coupled with my academic work (undergrad and grad school at the University of Georgia), continuing education in code / design along with, last but not least, having developed more than 100 web sites!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
You name it! Doctors, Realtors, Lawyers, Small Business owners, large non-profit and educational systems, destinations, advertising agencies and more!
