- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I quote a wedding it is a fixed price. Under some circumstances I have negotiated my price but feel that it is fair and in line with current pricing. I have been told that my pricing is actually low...considering the service one gets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a couple contacts me about officiating their wedding I try to schedule a face to face meeting with them. Ifeel this allows a greater comfort level - and they won't just have a stranger showing up to perform their ceremony. At the meeting we will discuss in depth their specific desires for the ceremony. Many times couples have no idea what is involved in the actual ceremony and I will guide them through the process making suggestions as needed. Often a face to face meeting is not possible, so I will work closely with the couple through email, text and phone to assure they have the ceremony they desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained non-denominational minister - and MSW, Ed.S Due to my education and background I also am able to provide pre-marital counseling if the couple chooses.
