I am a certified fitness instructor. 💪🏽🧘🏽♀️I’ve been into fitness & sports my whole life. I’ve been professionally training in the fitness field for 4 years. From Zumba to personal training, I am well qualified and certified; But My true love is Yoga and I have had so many happy clients. I help you to release stress, anxiety, and improve your posture and weight, etc. We focus on the mind and the breath. The inner and outer. I teach 1on1 as well as group classes. I’ve taught from elderly chair yoga to intense and sweaty yoga with the pros. I specialize in Prenatal (pregnancy) & post-natal yoga also 👶🏽 ! Try me out and see for yourself!
