They didn't bother to show up on time for the first appt, texted us 30 minutes after the appt time asking to change it to 2 PM. When I asked why it changed I was told "that was made automatic in the app". The message in the app from last Thursday said "Booking Confirmed, You'll get a reminder 1 hour before". If this was a tentative appt all they had to do was tell us that from the beginning, they didn't and we arranged our Monday around this appt. This company may do a great job cleaning but they need to work on their appt system.
