- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Post-construction cleaning projects are typically priced based on square footage, scope of work, and project complexity. Factors such as window scraping, number of floors, cabinet density, and timeline can all affect pricing. For larger regional projects we typically work with a project minimum to ensure we can deploy the proper crew and equipment to complete the work efficiently. For developers, contractors, and property managers with multiple projects, we are happy to discuss repeat project pricing or volume agreements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make things easy for builders and property managers: Initial Qualification – We gather basic information about the project such as square footage, scope, and timeline. Walkthrough or Plans Review – For larger projects we perform a site walkthrough or review plans to understand the full scope. Project Proposal – We provide a detailed quote outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables. Project Scheduling – Once approved, we coordinate with the construction schedule to ensure we arrive at the appropriate stage. Execution & Inspection – Our team completes the cleaning and performs a final walkthrough to ensure the space is ready for turnover.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained specifically in post-construction and turnover cleaning processes. This includes proper dust removal techniques, glass and surface detailing, safe use of professional equipment, and working efficiently in active construction environments. We focus heavily on systems and workflow so projects can be completed on schedule while maintaining consistent quality.
