Kymber Duncan says, "I had the pleasure of working with Color Wave Balloons for Senior Prom, Graduation and my daughters Sweet 16 this past June. They were all perfect!! I gave a color scheme/theme for Prom and she nailed it!! It was glamorous with a hint of the theme. For graduation the tower was a perfect ode to our SL colors and not too large as I had limited space. My daughters Sweet 16 was even better! I had given her a picture that was Taco Bell theme and she made the balloon garland better then I could of imagined!! I highly highly suggest using them and I cant wait for another event so I can!"See more
