Latest Review: I had been a regular gym-goer for many years and although I was in pretty good shape, I found that I had reached a plateau and wasnt seeing any improvement. I had got stuck in a rut, doing the same workouts week in, week out.
I decided that I needed to make some changes, and was referred to Katie by a friend. I had a chat with Katie and we went through my objectives in detail, then she came up with a diet and training plan, which she assured me, would get me in great shape.
The training provided was first-rate and tailored to my needs. Katie was patient and understanding, as well as ensuring that I reached my goals and beyond. The personal training is definitely value for money as I have seen a huge improvement in my overall fitness and strength.
The guidance from Katie was just what I needed. I was tired with my old gym routine, the motivation and results I once had were slowly draining away. Katie introduced me to several amazing new ways of exercising which I immediately found challenging yet fun. This new approach also felt more real, as if this is the way the body should be exercising, rather than being locked on a treadmill or cross trainer. I feel great and can see the results in the mirror.
I was delighted at the 8-week stage to find that I had lost 3 inches off my waist, reduced my body fat by 4 % and gained 4 lbs. of lean muscle! The results were clearly visible.
I was so impressed with the results that Katie delivered that I am continuing with the training and looking forward to some more challenging workouts!
