I called Adam after I noticed mold on one of my walls. I bought the house less than one year ago so I'm discovering a few issues as time goes on. He came in and gave me a good estimate very soon after I called. He looked over the issue and gave me a price range from low (if the problem was only surface) to high (if it was deeper and required extra work). Adam and his crew were working on it the very next day, and provided plenty of photographs for additional issues above and beyond what was originally discussed (they found spots where moisture was seeping into the wall interior and offered to fix them). I work during the day, but he contacted me around my lunch break (he had asked when I might be available in case this happened), sent me the photos, and discussed how much higher the price would be. While the price did go above initial estimates, it was within what I was expecting for the issue to be resolved. He explained everything in detail, proposed solutions, even going so far as to make suggestions as how to address the root issue beyond just the walls. Good, professional, knowledgeable workers. They matched the new paint to the old so well I can't tell where they painted. Also with a bit of a perfectionist streak, they weren't happy calling the work done because of a few very minor scratches/surface marks on the wall adjacent to where they were working, and asked if they could touch those up before calling the job done (no extra charge, and not caused by them). Overall I'm very happy with the work. It took them two days to tear down old moldy sheetrock, about 100 square feet, replace it, mud it, sand it, paint it, clean 300 square feet of carpeting and replace the padding underneath, put a rubberized coating on a leaky wall (interior and exterior/ tiny crawlspace), and they are finishing cleanup as I type this review.
