Latrice M. says, "I originally called to schedule an appointment for a diagnosis for my leaking bathroom faucet. They were able to come out the same day which was not expected. The technican showed up within an hour or so. Confirmed what I assumed was the problem and quoted me a price. I was previously quoted a lower price and advised I would probably go with the other technician. David requested to check the water heater as it is part of the free estimate. Turns out my water heater was on its last leg and did not have much time remaining. He quoted me a price for the water heater which I proceeded to have replaced as I know the price to pay for a flooded basement & water heater would have been out of my reach. He replaced the water heater and my bathroom faucet as I had previously purchased a new faucet. David was professional, proficient, and cleaned up after himself. I was truly impressed with his work ethic, between the diagnosis for both my faucet and the water heater and picking up a water heater, replacing it by himself was a lot of work for one person. However, he managed and did a great job! I will definitely keep their number in my contacts for future reference."See more

Much more so than a vendor I had used previously for the same job. I was traveling at the time, but a family member was present. But he sent me videos of the work he had completed as well (videos showing water going down the drains unblocked). Would highly recommend and use again."See more

I have used him for all my home repairs and have referred him to all of my neighbors, friends, family, and HOA Property Management Companies who have also used him for construction repairs and has put him on their vendors list, as well. He repaired a pipe that burst in my kitchen wall, and replaced the sheet rock and installation. Mr. Singleton did a fabulous job in painting the kitchen walls and ceilings from the pipe bursting. His costs are exceptionally reasonably priced. He presents himself professionally at all times and have a very humble SPIRIT BEFORE , DURING AND AFTER HIS SERVICES has been rendered! He keeps his scheduled appointments and confirms with you when he is on his way to your home. He is very neat, organized and very efficient while doing the repairs.
