I submitted photos of two windows that needed repair. Quoted $250 for the job but charged me $300. The pictures were clearly two different windows (look at the background)but after the job was done they said they thought that it was only one window that needed repair. See the pictures, you be the judge..Felt like a bait and switch tactic. So unprofessional!

A window had gotten broken accidentally in a rental property I have in Atlanta. The house is a 90 year old duplex with single pane windows. Several other windows were painted shut, a lock was broken, and they were in various states of disrepair. I was concerned about my tenant’s safety since the broken window was next to a door. Marcus responded promptly to my call and arrived at the property in about an hour. He did a beautiful job replacing broken panes, repairing a window lock and unsticking windows. Both the tenant and I couldn’t be happier. He even swept up the broken glass that was there when he arrived. The windows look beautiful and Marcus was very professional and courteous.
