I have been training with Joel for four weeks. Having had experience with trainers in the past, I believe he is the most committed and experienced trainer. Joel is professional, encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. In four short weeks, he has reshaped my way of fearing food. My life has only gotten better since I hired him. My coworkers have noticed that I’ve lost weight and most importantly, I feel amazing! He is focused on helping me achieve my goals outside of weight loss. At our sessions, he already has an exercise routine ready to go. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He genuinely cares about my personal weight loss goals. Therefore, I highly recommend Joel as a personal trainer!

Joel has been quick to respond to my questions since Day 1, even going so far as to respond to my email inquiries when he was on vacation. He’s very professional, taking care to follow up with clients and ensure that the workouts are challenging and appropriate for their goals. You can tell that Joel cares about your overall well-being. I can already see a difference in the way that I feel and the way my clothes fit, and I’m looking forward to the progress month #2 will bring. Don’t get me wrong—he WILL kick your butt, but it’ll be worth the effort you put in.

Joel is extremely professional and experienced in his craft. He is tough, but personable. Joel took into account all of my concerns about not being fit, and created a routine that was doable while pushing me further than I thought I was capable. I highly recommend Joel to help you reach your fitness goals.

I trained with Joel for 1 year. We trained leading up to my wedding. He helped me with my goals to feel toned and confident on my big day! He is an awesome trainer and coach. I was always impressed with his preparation for our sessions. His work outs were challenging and fun. He pushed me in areas I wouldn't have worked on my own. He gives you his full attention during your session and is great at checking in with you in between to see how your body is feeling and adjusting to the workouts. He was a joy to work with and I am sad I can't work with him since moving states. If you are thinking about personal training Joel is your guy!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on 30 45 and 60 minutes sessions, I charge $40, $50 and $60. Package pricing is also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First part of the process is to understand the individual goals, then determine if there's any health concerns that would hinder us from reaching those goals, then customize a program designed to crush those goals.💪
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every two years I need to be re-certified through NASM. That process consist of 20 hours worth of continuing education credits. Having been recertified multiple tnes, I also hold a nutrition certification as a CPR/AED cert and I'm also a corrective exercise specialist and trained in resistance training and bodybuilding.
