You'll need to invest in a program and superfood shake for your diet which runs from $20-$205 depending on which program you use. No gyms! (unless you want to go to a live class) You will work out in your own home. Diet plan and fitness routine are scientifically proven to work. You will use DVDs or stream the workouts to your laptop, tablet or cell. You can receive a refund if you're not completely happy with your results.
