Very good handyman - plumbing, remodeling, construction in general he exceeds in. If you can dream something up, more than likely he can build it 😊 very fair price modeling as well, he won't upcharge you just because everyone else is doing the same - you know you're getting a fair deal for what his time is worth!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge just to look at a job and get a quote. For small jobs, I generally charge $50/hr for myself and any other help I may bring. For larger jobs, you will receive a quote that will cover all work scope and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will normally ask to come visit the project site, so that I can get a better idea of the scope of work. This first trip and quoting process is free of charge. If we choose to take the job, you will receive a quote afterwards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. I also built industrial size greenhouses and steel buildings (up to 30,000 square feet) for 3 years, and I've been doing basic contracting services like this for 2 years now.
