Hayden is a great personal trainer, very professional and knowledgeable. I have been working with Hayden for almost 6 weeks now and he has been great help to reach my fitness goal. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typical what happens first is we'll go through an assessment to get a better understanding of your goals and health history.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've always been an active person. My background consists of playing sports all throughout my life. What really got me started in training was when I started dealing with acute injuries. The minor injuries set me back from doing what I enjoy most. This gave me the bigger picture, that we take health for granted. For most of us, it's sometimes too late before we realize this. Many injuries and chronic diseases can all be prevented by better taking care of the body.
