What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Should getting to the client require 1hr+ of travel I charge a $75 travel fee. If travel exceeds 2 hours it goes up to $150.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically discuss what kind of event the client is having and ask what kind of genres they need. After we are on the same page about this we discuss logistics. I draft a performers contract which both the client and I sign and we go from there to have an awesome event!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Artist Development and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Songwriting from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami
