- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to cook and have been in the kitchen since I was a kid. It grew from a passion to a profession.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of custom catering and menu planning for clients. I like giving them the opportunity to chose foods that they know they and their guests will enjoy.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That it's nothing like TV. TV makes cooking look glamorous and always simple. It's not. We get dirty and we work hard. The work is enjoyable and I wouldn't trade it, but what's seen on TV is not the reality.
