Mr. Parks is a professional. He is on time for appointments. I had a few projects from fixing the shower to improving the look of hardwood stairs and Mr. Parks was able to give advice and get it all done in a short timeframe. I will definitely call again with future projects.

I can not give enough stars to Parks Remodeling. I used this company to complete a bathroom renovation for me on last week. I had vinyl floors installed and he removed my very old and unattractive flooring. Lorenzo was the first to respond. He was on time for the estimate and he was on time to complete the job. I had flooring issues where the wood was weak and he fixed all of the issues. In addition he repaired my drywall and his price was fair and resonable. If you are looking for quality, professionalism, and price integrity hire Parks Remodeling!!! I forgot to mention that he cleaned up after himself daily I couldn't have found a better company!

This man is amazing!! He's quick to respond and so nice, he reminds us of our family, and he treated our home like he was family. A pipe in our house in Atlanta busted after we moved to Chicago (as did sooo many other people's) so we reached out to several people and he was the quickest to respond. He came out the next day, checked everything out, told us a price and got the job done in about 6 hours. He had to remove counter tops, pull out the cabinets and bust up the dry wall to get to the issue. Then he got it all back together like nothing happened (he even insulated the pipes!!) and got the water out of the crawlspace too. In the process he checked the subfloor and beams for damage to be safe and gave us the all clear. Absolutely fantastic job for a beautiful price, we will definitely be saving his info if us or family needs anything in the future since he's a jack of all trades!

Lorenzo was great. He was very responsive and timely. He came out and quickly assessed the situation (water leak in the ground outside). He fixed the leak and even went to Home Depot to get the appropriate items needed for the repair. Finally he took the time to educate me on the issue, what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I appreciate the work and will call him again.

My pricing system is simply based on the size of the job as well as the amount of labor required and or if any materials are required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customers and finding out what their needs are agreeing on what needs to be done and in some cases make suggestions whenever its necessary for the job to go smoothly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in remodeling and handyman business over twelve years I also recently went to technical college for a year and a half for additional carpentry courses for fine tuning skills.
