Charles showed up on time, and worked efficiently to provide a detailed and thorough termite & WDO inspection. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients will book an appointment date. After appointment has been made, A pre-inspection agreement will be covered and signed by the client. Upon arrival the inspection will begin on the exterior of the property beginning from the top working down. Inspection time average around 2-3 hours (depending on the size). Turn around time for completion and delivery of report is 24 to 36 hours after completion of the inspection.

Georgia conference of Home Inspectors. ICA Home Inspection. NACHi standards of practice accreditation. FHA Fee Inspector. Commercial Property Inspections certification. HUD/VA. Bachelor of science degree- University of Tennessee. WDO certified pest inspections. FEMA certified independent contractor.
